This new group has started at our Centre by one of its members to bring together lovers of knitting in a relaxed and friendly surroundings, enjoying a cup of tea & a chat while knitting for a good cause.

All patterns are provided by KOGO (knit one, give one), are knitted in 8 ply wool & are easy to follow.  Items that are needed most are beanies, scarves, fingerless gloves & squares which are joined together to make blankets & plush toys. Donations of wool are well received to support our volunteer knitters.

You do not need to attend our Centre to help out.  If you are happy to knit at home & simply donate the finished items, we welcome your contribution.  For those who would like to meet up with other knitters, come along & join us:-
